AUTUMN PALETTE
+ ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Autumn Palette grew from my fascination with the moment when nature begins to change and familiar colors take on a different intensity. I wanted to translate this seasonal transformation into an emotional experience rather than illustrate a specific autumn landscape.
While painting, I was interested in the feeling of transition that autumn evokes — the quiet awareness that one phase is gradually giving way to another. For me, this sense of change is not necessarily melancholic; it can also bring warmth, beauty and a sense of new possibility.
I allowed the forms and colors to interact intuitively, creating a rhythm that reflects this movement between continuity and change. The human presence becomes part of this evolving world, suggesting a quiet connection between our own experiences and the cycles of nature.
For me, Autumn Palette is ultimately about accepting transformation and discovering beauty in the moments when life begins to change.
