SECRET GARDEN
+ ABOUT THE ARTWORK
With Secret Garden, I wanted to express the feeling of entering a hidden place where nature and human presence can exist together in harmony — that quiet moment of discovery when we step into an unfamiliar space and begin to sense that something new is waiting to be found.
While painting, I imagined the garden not simply as a physical place, but as something more intimate: a space of discovery, growth and transformation. I was drawn to the idea that nature can awaken something within us, reminding us of our own capacity to change, evolve and begin again.
I allowed the forms to develop almost intuitively, letting colors and organic shapes flow into one another. For me, this process created a sense of life that does not remain separate from the human presence, but surrounds it and becomes part of it.
The garden therefore becomes a metaphor for the inner world — a place that may remain hidden, yet is filled with possibilities, energy and unexpected connections.
