HARP TWINS
+ ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This watercolor grew from my fascination with the way music can create a connection between people without the need for words. I wanted to explore the idea of harmony not only as a musical concept, but as a feeling that can exist between two people.
While painting, I imagined the harp as a symbol of this connection — something that creates a shared emotional space and allows two individuals to communicate through a common experience.
The watercolor medium allowed me to work with transparency and flowing transitions, creating a sense of rhythm within the composition. The geometric structure provides a framework, while the softer watercolor qualities bring a more lyrical and emotional dimension.
Harp Twins is ultimately about harmony between people and the invisible connection that can arise when we share music, emotion and a moment together.
